Format of the Workshop
Each workshop will provide helpful tips to help you plan, implement and evaluate projects. Key takeaways from attending the workshop are learning:

• Cost benefit analyses of capital investment: learn key skills to determine a budget that includes assessment of the ROI and payback periods

Meet the Presenters:
Kevin Cochran, GreenTraks
Kevin Cochran leads business development as a partner and is the COO of GreenTraks. Working closely with the CEO and founder, Kevin created and implemented the Climate Action Partners Program for cities, counties, and utility companies – spearheading energy savings and carbon reduction efforts at the cities of Sacramento, Benicia, and Palo Alto. Formerly trained in product and program management, Kevin previously led online lead generation and financing products for Kelley Blue Book. He has also been credited with successfully growing startups and launching new products and programs for companies such as Dealix-Cobalt, ZLand.com, Braveway Technologies, InterNetwork Media, and Freebirds World Burrito. Kevin is a Sustainability Management Certified Professional (SMCP) with an MBA degree from the Merage School of Business at UC Irvine.
Jim Wagoner, Butte County Air Quality Management District
Jim Wagoner is the Air Pollution Control Officer, Butte County Air Quality Management District. Jim is responsible for directing the air quality programs for the Butte County Air Quality Management District, including air quality planning, public education, residential and agricultural burning, permitting, air toxics and enforcement programs. Butte County has a population of approximately 220,000 residents and is located on the east side of the Sacramento Valley.
Jim has been with the District since 1990, and has been serving as agency director and Air Pollution Control Officer since 2002. Jim is currently the President of the Board of Directors of the California Air Pollution Control Officers Association. He has a bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of California, Berkeley and is a registered Civil Engineer with the State of California.
