    What are the reasons why google block breaker games are so therapeutic?

    Is there a serious question why is it so satisfying to see a ball destroy a wall? I consider playing a quick google block breaker round at my lunch break to be the most effective way of de-stressing. Is it some psychology behind it? I recall reading a Digital wellness post on forum getassist about casual gaming, and it is absolutely understandable at this point.
