As Energy Manager, Arthur will identify energy cost savings and carbon reduction opportunities, manage initiatives related to capital projects, implement new and renewable technologies, and support the client’s goals of reducing energy and water consumption. Arthur’s extensive experience in Facility Management, Sustainability, and Project Management provides value added expertise to our clients with their day to day operations and development of long range goals and objectives.
Arthur has over 20 years of professional experience in energy management, facility operations, asset and portfolio management, finance, and environmental health and safety. He was also involved with Carbon Disclosure Project reporting and LEED project management including the LEED Platinum certification of JPMorgan Chase’s world headquarters in NYC.
Prior to joining EMCOR Services Betlem, Arthur spent the last 2 years at CBRE as Director of Energy & Sustainability. As Director of Energy & Sustainability, he managed $100 million annual utility expense budget and over $12 million Capital projects.
Arthur’s previous experience includes: 10 years with JPMorgan Chase as VP-Energy & Sustainability, Senior Property Manager / Account Manager with Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Director of Operations with Jones Lang LaSalle, and Director of Operations / Environmental Control Officer for Midtown Holdings Corp.
Arthur was previously a member of the following Professional Committees: ASHRAE Board of Governors; Monroe County Energy Benchmark Committee; Rochester District Heating Cooperative Technical Committee; Rochester Police Department Downtown Promotion Committee Police Citizen Interaction Committee (PCIC); Rochester Downtown Enhancement Advisory Committee.
